We’re the award-winning period product social enterprise…
Our mission is to eradicate UK period poverty, improve access to quality products & increase education around period health.
period products donated to people in need, and counting.
hey girls, dads, retailers, procurement managers, students, everyone.
Give your period a purpose!
Shop our award winning sustainable products from pads and tampons to zero waste reusables.
hey girls wants to protect your health, not harm it, which is why we design our products with you in mind every step of the way. We use natural materials without any hidden nasties like chemicals, bleach and toxins.
We offer the functionality of plastic, without the pollution! Everything we create is biodegradable or recyclable, so you really are doing good with your period, and our plant based ingredients are responsibly sourced sustainable bamboo and organic cotton.
When you shop with us, we match every single order as a donation. We call this our buy one, donate one model. Hey Girls works with over 150 community partners who take care of vulnerable groups of people and those facing period poverty.
They are the entire reason we exist and without them we wouldn’t have been able to get millions of period products to people that need it most.
We believe that access to quality period products is a right, not a privilege. No one should have to choose between bleeding on their trousers and eating lunch. Free products not only help end period poverty, they promote equality too.
We provide quality period products to everyone who needs them – no questions asked. No matter your background, personal circumstances or gender, we all deserve a better period.
We change people’s views on periods by challenging myths and taboos and encouraging new perspectives on menstruation.
Most importantly, we want to change access to free period products in employment, in education and in public. We work with governments, councils, workplaces, schools, universities, and public spaces to provide our products where anyone can access them, because everyone deserves a dignified period.
Don’t just take our word for it…
