Returns policy

Due to Covid-19 health and safety measures we are unable to accept returns of any Hey Girls products at present.  Please make sure you double check the sizing when you place your order.

Faulty Products

We pride ourselves in the quality of our products. However mistakes do happen so if you find a genuine fault with one of our products, please follow the above steps and return your product to us, marking clearly on the returns form that the item is faulty. If you do have a faulty item, we will replace it.

You’ll need to drop an email to customerservices@heygirls.co.uk let us know the nature of the fault.

If you have simply received an incorrect item in your order:

We are sorry but Hey Girls is unable to accept returns on Menstrual Cups. This is for hygiene reasons.

Stockist Purchases

If you purchased your product from one of our retail stockists – Asda, Waitrose, Coop, Scotmid or one of our many Eco-store partners please contact the stockist directly for their return/exchange policy regarding your purchase.
