You can return unworn Hey Girls Period Pants in the original packaging for a credit or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Here’s how to claim your refund:
Please fill out your pants return form enclosed in your order. We will need the reason for returning the product, your name and order number included.
You can either request a:
- Credit – a voucher for the full amount plus free shipping
- Refund – the full amount (minus shipping) will be transferred back to your account
- Product Exchange
You will need to pay for the return of the product to us. We advise using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for the parcel if it does not arrive back at Hey Girls HQ.

When the product is received safely back at our HQ, we will send a replacement product, process the refund or send a voucher within 7-10 days. Any refund will be paid back to the payment gateway that you used to make your purchase.
For our Period Pants, its super important that the hygiene sticker remains in place and intact. Its always best to try our Period Pants on over your own underwear.
Faulty Pants or Tees
We pride ourselves in the quality of our products. However mistakes do happen so if you find a genuine fault with one of our products, please follow the above steps and return your product to us, marking clearly on the returns form that the item is faulty. If you do have a faulty item, we will replace it.
You’ll need to drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org let us know the nature of the fault, including the below:
- A clear description of the issue
- The product name from the front of the packaging and any batch numbers.
If you have simply received an incorrect item in your order:
Please contact our team on email@example.com with noting the following information:
- Your order number
- The item you ordered (style/colour/size/absorbency)
- The item you received (style/colour/size)
We are sorry but Hey Girls is unable to accept returns on Menstrual Cups. This is for hygiene reasons.
