Returns Policy

You can return unworn Hey Girls Period Pants in the original packaging.

Here’s how:

Please fill out the pants return form on your product receipt.  You can request a refund, credit voucher or product exchange within 14 days of receiving your Hey Girls Period Pants.  We can only offer any of the above if the product is unworn with the hygiene label still in place.

You will need to pay for the return of the product to us. We advise using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for the parcel if it does not arrive back at Hey Girls HQ.

When the product is received safely back at our HQ, we will send a replacement product, process the refund or send a voucher within 14 days. Any refund will be paid back to the payment gateway that you used to make your purchase.

Faulty Products.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our products, however mistakes do happen so if you find a genuine fault with one of our products, please follow the above steps and return your product to us, marking clearly on the returns form that the item is faulty. If you do have a faulty item, we will replace it.

You will need to drop an email to dispatch@heygirls.co.uk and let us know the nature of the fault.

We are sorry but Hey Girls is unable to accept returns on Menstrual Cups. This is for hygiene reasons.
