Business Subscription T&Cs

Hey Girls CIC - Online Purchase Business Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

“Hey Girls” means Hey Girls CIC.

“Customer” means the organisation or business entering into the subscription agreement.

“Products” means the period products supplied by Hey Girls CIC.

“Subscription” means the recurring supply of products at an agreed interval.

2. Service

Hey Girls will supply period products to the Customer according to the agreed subscription frequency.

Products will normally consist of Hey Girls disposable period products unless otherwise agreed.

Hey Girls will use reasonable endeavours to maintain consistent supply but may make reasonable operational adjustments where necessary.

3. Product Availability

If a product included in a subscription order is temporarily unavailable, Hey Girls will contact the Customer to discuss the situation and agree a suitable alternative product.

Any substitute products will be reasonably similar in purpose and function and will not incur any additional cost unless otherwise agreed.

Hey Girls reserves the right to discontinue products where necessary.

4. Orders and Delivery

Subscription orders will be created automatically according to the agreed schedule.

Orders will normally be dispatched on the agreed dispatch date.

Where the dispatch date falls on a weekend or UK public holiday, dispatch will take place on the next working day.

Delivery timelines depend on courier services and location.

Couriers will normally make up to two delivery attempts. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery can be accepted at the delivery address provided.

5. Pricing

Products will be supplied at the agreed subscription price.

Where an introductory discount applies, it will apply only for the agreed promotional period.

Hey Girls reserves the right to update prices with 90 days notice.

Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

6. Payment

Payments will be collected by card payment .

Recurring card payments will normally be collected prior to each order being dispatched unless otherwise agreed.

If the card payment fails, Hey Girls will attempt to collect the payment a second time. If payment cannot be successfully collected, a member of the team will contact the Customer to arrange an alternative payment method.

Hey Girls reserves the right to suspend deliveries until payment has been successfully received.

Hey Girls reserves the right to correct pricing or typographical errors.

7. Suspension of Service

Hey Girls may suspend deliveries where payment cannot be collected or where the Customer is in breach of these terms.

Service may resume once the issue has been resolved.

8. Faulty or Damaged Products

Customers must notify Hey Girls within 7 days of delivery if products arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Hey Girls will arrange replacement or credit where appropriate.

9. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the subscription by providing 30 days written notice.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the notice period. Any subscription order that has already been processed, paid for or dispatched before cancellation takes effect will still be supplied and charged.

Cancellation does not affect payment obligations for products already supplied.

Customers may also request that a subscription be paused by contacting Hey Girls.

10. Liability

Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.

Nothing in this agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Hey Girls' total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Products giving rise to the claim.

11. Events Outside Our Control

Hey Girls shall not be liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control including transport disruption, supplier shortages, industrial disputes, natural disasters, pandemics or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

13. Customer Responsibility for Subscription Management

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the subscription quantity and delivery frequency remain suitable for their requirements.

If the Customer wishes to amend quantities, change delivery frequency, pause deliveries, or cancel the subscription, they must notify Hey Girls CIC in writing, via email, at least 10 working days before the next scheduled dispatch date.

Where notice is received after this point, the next scheduled delivery may still be processed and dispatched.

The 10 working day notice period relates only to amendments, pauses or changes to the next scheduled order. Cancellation of the subscription remains subject to the notice period set out in Section 9.

If a payment is not successfully collected, the associated order will not be dispatched. Customers should contact finance@heygirls.co.uk to resolve any payment issues.

14. Data Protection

Hey Girls CIC will process the Customer's personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal information will be used only for the purposes of administering the Customer's subscription, processing payments, fulfilling orders, providing customer support, and meeting legal or regulatory obligations.

By completing this transaction the Customer confirms that they:

  • they are authorised to place orders on behalf of their organisation;
  • they have read and accepted these Business Subscription Terms and Conditions; and
  • they authorise payment using the payment method provided.
