3 nights’ luxury glamping trip prize package for 2 Adults:

• Travel Allowance: Provided to the value of £75 per person
• Accommodation: 3 nights’ luxury glamping accommodation in winner’s selected location within their country of residence. Accommodation selection may include cabins, tents, pods or treehouses
• Winner’s Choice of Activities: Provided to the value of £100 per person (activities will be determined by glamping locations, but may include guided hikes, kayaking, bike hire, quad biking, ziplining or high ropes)
• Dinner at a Local Restaurant: Provided to the value of £150

Terms & Conditions:

• Prize packages for 2 people, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
• At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
• Travel allowance provided to the value of £75 per person, to be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account;
• Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing double occupancy glamping accommodation at a UK location of the winner’s choice; Winner will be sent a selection of locations and glamping types to choose from;
• Accommodation does not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, these will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
• A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the accommodation at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit card; Accommodation will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion;
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time;
• Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
• Once booked no changes to the itinerary will be permitted;
• Prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year) Easter Sunday or UK Public Holidays;
• Any necessary insurance is the responsibility of the winner and guests;
• The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
• The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value;
• If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion; If winner chooses to forfeit any activities, then no alternatives will be provided;
• An activity Allowance is provided to the value of £100 per person, to be spent on activities of the winner’s choice, activities will vary by location;
• Dinner at a local restaurant in the prize location will be provided to the maximum amount of £150, including gratuity;

• The star prize winner will also win a one (1) Sunny Dancer goody bag

Runner up prizes: 

• There are ten (10) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) Sunny Dancer goody bag.
• Each goody bag is intended to contain a selection of promotional Sunny Dancer merchandise, likely including but not limited to a Tote bag, T-shirt, Stickers, Festival band.
• Final goody bag contents remain subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any item, or the entire prize, with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
