Here’s some questions…

Best practice network

We are in the process of creating a Best Practice Network to share learning and ideas – both in the distribution of free period products, and in providing empowering education. Please get in touch at education@heygirls.co.uk

Can I sleep in period pants?

Absolutely! Our period pants are super soft due to the natural materials they are made from and the 12 hour absorbency makes them perfect for sleeping in.

Can I sleep in a pad or liner?

Yes! We recommend our heaviest absorbency night pad for sleeping in, which is thicker and slightly longer that the days pads. You don’t need to wake up to change your pad after 4-8 hours, just be sure to pop to the bathroom as soon as you wake up to freshen up.

Our panty liners are super thin so we would recommend wearing those to sleep in only if you want an extra layer of protection when you think you’re about to start or completely finish your cycle.
