We’re so pleased to work with you to end period poverty in the UK.
We work with around 150 community partners who ensure that our period products are received and given to people in their communities who need a little extra help each month.
Our community partners are spread across the country, and offer a range of services. They are youth groups, women’s centres, food banks, outreach services, health clinics – fantastic people doing really amazing things in their communities. We’re delighted to welcome you to the team!

What you can expect from us:
- Ethically sourced, organic, cruelty free period products.
- A friendly and professional service.
- Support to amplify the amazing work you do.
- A strong, reliable and confidential communication.
- Dedication to ending period poverty in the UK together.

What we expect from you:
We ask all of our community partners to agree to the following principles, to ensure dignified, barrier free access to products:
- Period products will be free for all users with no questions asked. No one will be asked for anything in exchange for free products, fill in a form, give their name or any other details when accessing products.
- Period products will be available in unlimited quantities.
- No one will be required to trade food stamps or points in exchange for products.
- Period products will be accessible to people of all genders, in a discreet manner. As far as possible, products are available in gender neutral toilets and disabled toilets.
If you have any questions, you can say hey to Kate and Hannah – our community partner team – who are always happy to help!

How it works…

Lunch & Learn
Come and meet your donation community!
Join us for a virtual cup of tea and chat to learn from each other. We’ll be talking about all-things periods and best practice as a Hey Girls donation partner.
At our new Lunch & Learn sessions, you are invited to pop the kettle on and join Hey Girls co-founder Kate and other community organisations virtually. You are welcome to just listen but if you would like to share please do.
