Hibernian FC and Hey Girls: Promoting Period Dignity in Football

Back in 2018, Hibs FC was the first football club to partner with Hey Girls. The first stage of the partnership saw pupils from Broughton High School hand out free period cups at a home game as part of the Hey Girls #giveacupago campaign.

Hibs' collaboration with Hey Girls reflects the club's commitment to its local community and to promoting period dignity in football. By offering free period products, Hibs and Hey Girls are working together to remove barriers and stigma associated with menstruation, making football a more welcoming space for everyone.
