Purchased these to deal with mild incontinence: absolutely fantastic. I am delighted to have found an effective, secure, discreet and ecologically sound solution to my problem. And I’m helping girls in period poverty! The padding in the crotch is substantial enough to be reassuring but not too bulky. Doesn’t show under looser fit trousers and less obvious than a pad in closer fitting clothes like leggings. I ordered 4XL and found them a comfortable fit – I am a UK 22. Possibly could have gone a size down. Wash beautifully but take slightly longer to dry than ordinary underwear.

This was my second purchase, as I loved my first period panties and had to get more of them! It is spectacular, I usually have medium to heavy period and I feel so comfortable every time I use them. I have been using them for 7/8 hours and they are so absorbent I barely remember I am with my period. So definitely recommend them to every woman!!

I got these as I am looking to find more sustainable period products and when I heard of Hey Girls’ buy one give one and charity mission, it was a no brainer. These pants are super comfortable and super absorbent – I usually get through a pad every 4 hours, big it I was able to wear these pants all day with no leaks. 10/10, would recommend!
